Common Asked Questions

                                                     COMMON MISTAKES IN PRAYERS (SALAT).

1. Reciting Surat al-Fatiha without pausing after each verse. The Prophet (SAW) used to pause after each verse of this surah. (Abu

Dawood)

2. Sticking the arms to the sides of the body, in rukoo' or sujood, and sticking the belly to the thighs in sujood. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Let not one of you support himself on his forearms (in sujood ) like the dog. Let him rest on his palms and keep his elbows away from his body." (Sahih Muslim). The Messenger of Allah (SAW) used to keep his arms away from his body during rukoo' and sujood that the whiteness of his armpits could be seen (Sahih Muslim).

3. Gazing upward during prayer. This may cause loss of concentration. We are commanded to lower our gaze, and look at the point at which the head rests during sujood. The Prophet (SAW) warned: "Let those who raise their gaze up during prayer stop doing so, or else their sights would not return to them. [ i.e. Lose their eyesight]."( Muslim)

4. Resting only the tip of the head on the floor during sujood. The Prophet (SAW) said: "I am commanded to prostrate on seven bones the forehead and the nose, the two hands [palms], the two knees, and the two feet." (Sahih Muslim) Applying the above command necessitates resting the forehead and the nose on the ground during sujood.

5. Hasty performance of prayer which does not allow repose and calmness in rukoo' or sujood. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) saw a man who did not complete his rukoo' [bowing], and made a very short sujood [prostration] ; he (SAW) said: "If this man dies while praying in this manner, he would die upholding a religion other than the religion of Muhammad." Abu Hurairah (RA) said: "My beloved friend, Muhammad (SAW) forbade me to perform postures of prayer copying the picking of a rooster; (signifying fast performance of prayer), moving eyes around like a fox and the sitting like monkeys ( i.e. to sit on thighs)." (Imam Ahmad & at-Tayalisi) The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The worst thief is the one who steals from his own prayer."? People asked, 'Messenger of Allah! How could one steel his own prayer?' He (SAW) said: "By not completing its rukoo' and sujood." (At- Tabarani & al-Hakim). To complete rukoo' is to stay in that posture long enough to recite 'Subhana rabbiyal Adtheem' three times, SLOWLY, and' Subhana rabbiyal-A'ala' three times, SLOWLY, in sujood. He (SAW) also announced: "He who does not complete his rukoo' and sujood, his prayer is void." (Abu Dawood & others)

6. Counting tasbeeh with the left hand. The Prophet (SAW) used to count tasbeeh on the fingers of his right hand after salah.

Ibn Qudamah (RA) said: "The Messenger of Allah (SAW) used his right hand for tasbeeh." ( Abu Dawud) The above hadeeth indicates clearly that the Prophet (SAW) used only one hand for counting tasbeeh. No Muslim with sound mind would imagine that the Prophet (SAW) used his left hand for counting tasbeeh. Aa'ishah (RA) said that the Prophet (SAW) used his left hand only for

Istinjaa', or cleaning himself after responding to the call of nature.? He never used it for tasbeeh. Yasirah (RA) reported:?The Prophet

(SAW) commanded women to count tasbeeh on their fingers. He Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:?"They (the fingers) will be made to speak, and will be questioned (on the Day of Resurrection.)" (At-Tirmithi) The above hadeeth indicates that it is preferable to count tasbeeh on the fingers of the right hand than to do so on masbahah (rosary) .

7. Crossing in front of a praying person.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) warned:? "Were the one who crosses in front of a praying person to know the consequences of doing so, he would have waited for *forty better than to cross in front of him." (Sahih Bukhari and Muslim). *The forty in the tradition may be hours, days, months or even years. Allah knows best.

Hour, - when will be its appointed time? You have no knowledge to say

anything about it, To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term

The Journey of the Soul

                                                                                  Four Worlds

"They ask you [O Muhammad (saws] concerning the Ruh (Soul). Say: 'It is one of the things, the knowledge of which is only with my Lord. And of knowledge, you (mankind) have been given very little."

[Qur'an Al-Israa 17:85]

The soul is a creature of Allah. It is blown into every human being when it is just a foetus of 120 days old, it remains in contact if not inside the human being throughout its life on earth, and at the point of death it departs from the body to reside in the heavens. Like everything else in the universe it is a creation of Allah, but as the above Qur'anic verse informs us, mankind has been given only limited knowledge concerning it. When a body is given a soul, life begins. And when the soul leaves the body, life ends and death begins.

During their journeys through this universe, the soul and its body travel through four different worlds:

1. The womb - where the soul joins its body.

2. This world - where we all live for a limited period only.

3. The grave - a ‘Barzakh’ period.

4. The Hereafter - The final destination of all human beings.

The Soul's Journey in Brief

1. To sum up the evidence, it is clear that the souls of all people, believers and unbelievers, are taken up to the heavens at the time of death by angels and presented to Allah Almighty.

2. The record of the believer’s deeds is placed in a high place in heaven called Illiyyin and the sinner’s record is thrown into the lowest earth known as Sijjin.

"Nay! Truly the record of the evil-doers is preserved in Sijjin. And what will explain to you what Sijjin is? A register inscribed. Nay! Truly the record of the pious is preserved in Illiyyin. And what will make you know what Illiyyin is? A Register inscribed. To which bear witness those nearest to Allah (i.e. the angels)."

(Qur'an Al-Mutaffifin :7-9, 18-21)

3. The souls are returned to their bodies temporarily for questioning by the angels.

4. When the soul returns, the dead person is able to hear the retreating footsteps of the men who came to bury him. This is an exception to the general rule in the Qur'an that the dead cannot hear the living.

"Verily, you cannot make the dead to hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call when they flee, turning their backs."

(Qur'an An Naml v 80)

"Nor are alike the living and the dead. Verily, Allah makes whom He will hear, but you cannot make those in the graves hear."

(Qur'an Fatir v. 22)

5. The torture of the grave is for the soul, but if Allah Wills, it can also be felt by the body. The human body has to decay and decompose into the ground, but as the punishment of the grave is for the soul, it can continue until the Last Day.

واحرص في الدنيا على رضى اثنين : أمك واباك .

And comply with two ️trusted persons in this world 🌍 (life) ; your mother and your father.

واستعن بالشدائد باثنتين : الصبر والصلاة.

And Seek help in two ️ difficult things; patience and prayers (Salât) .

ولاتخف من اثنين : الرزق والموت لأنهما بيد الرحمن .

And never be frightened 😱 about two ️ things; wealth and death, because both are in the hands 👐 of the Merciful God.

Wasting time on the internet or phone, television or games whilst your wife is waiting for you is oppression.

Not spending reasonable time with your wife is oppression.

Not commending her upon her goodness, sacrifice and achievements whilst only harping on her weaknesses is oppression. Be fair!

Not correcting her in the most loving manner and going around publicizing her errors or wrongdoings is oppression.

Not providing at least the basic food, clothing and shelter for her is oppression.

Not appreciating that she is someone's daughter or sister and treating her like a slave is oppression.

On the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: Allah the Almighty said: O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great at it.

Happiness is not from status or wealth. It's from your faith which lies in your heart. No one has the power over it except the Almighty.

Learn to be happy & wish happiness for others. Don't be jealous when others have more than you. Be grateful & He will grant you more.

Death- The Destroyer of Pleasure

We all as humans know that death is a fact and everyone shall taste death. Allah SWT confirmed that in the Qur’an by saying “Every soul shall taste death” (Surah Al Imran 3:185). However, as death and life after death are a part of the unseen, thus, we as Muslims can only learn about the death and life after death from the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the prophet (SAW )

is been read of him.

A man eats whatever he wants today, Tomorrow he

becomes food for insects.

A man is always early for work today, Tomorrow he

is termed late Mr/Mrs.

A man is seen resting in his house today, Tomorrow he is resting in a coffin. And they say "Rest In Peace"!

A man eats all kinds of fruits in his house today,

Tomorrow he becomes manure to those trees.

A man is known today as the richest man ever,

Tomorrow he doesn't even know where he or she will reach.

So What is life after all?

LIFE OF VANITY UPON VANITY.

ACT RIGHT AND LIVE GODLY. ALWAYS BE A HELPING HAND TO OTHERS!!

Do not limit your dua’s, for it is ALLAH who can transform the impossible into possible with HIS Might. #Life

Life is a funny thing it really is in many ways

Generally when things are all good & rosey then we live as if we are gonna live forever, we live a life contrary to Islam instead of using the bounties of ALLAH to obey HIM, we use it to disobey HIM than when calamity or difficulty strikes than we're in sincere dua & worship.

That seemingly calamity or difficultly that makes us turn to ALLAH is in fact a great great great blessing IF we can channel our energy in the correct way.

Many people get angry with ALLAH & start saying things like 'Why me' & end up going further away from ALLAH.

One needs to understand & realize that every moment, every second, every situation in life is a test from ALLAH.

We are ultimately answerable to ALLAH Alone, not people.

The best thing for any of us is to strengthen our relationship with ALLAH.

ALLAH is there for us all the time, every time & HE is the controller of hearts & the Turner of hearts, Talk to ALLAH, Take HIM as your best friend.

You'll never need another friend once you have established a relationship with ALLAH. Talk to ALLAH all the time, every time. Tell HIM all your problems, difficulties & fears even though HE already knows it. Talk to HIM softly, talk to HIM loudly. DON'T LIMIT YOUR CONVERSATION WITH ALLAH to a prayer mat or to hands raised in dua. ALLAH is there for you. Praise ALLAH all the time.

What ALLAH loves Most from us is consistency. So what ever voluntary acts of worship that we may engage in, let it be consistent. Even if its small Let it be consistent. Mend & strengthen your relationship with ALLAH & HE will mend & strengthen your relationship with people.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

When giving a beggar something, we give it generally with a good heart, as we expect nothing really in return.

So why is this so different when it comes to family. Why is it that when we help our family in need we are sometimes hesitant. Or when we do help them we expect them to be subservie

nt to us. Making them always remember that they needed our help, or when making a decision they need to consider you because you once helped them.

When helping someone, make sure you have good intentions, and do not expect anything in return, Allah will reward you abundantly if your intentions are sincere

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

4:59. O you who believe! Obey Allâh and obey (His) Messenger and those who are in authority among you (to decide your affairs). And should you differ among yourselves in anything, refer it to Allâh and His Messenger (and judge according to their teachings), if indeed you believe in Allâh and the Last Day. That is (in your) best (interest) and most commendable in the long run.

-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-

#Dua for every Muslim

Ya Allah help us

ya Allah solve our problems

ya Allah don't break our hopes

ya Allah accept our prayer

ya Allah bring happnies in our life

ya Allah you are our only, hope help us

ya Allah you know our problems help us solve them ;'(

ya Allah make it easy for us

Ameen

special islamic reminders Part ( 7)

My dear sisters and brothers in Islam

Being Rich is Not about how much money you got in

the bank........................ Its about how many good

deeds you got in your book of deeds because you

can have all the money in the world and your Cheque

is going to bounce on Judgement Day !

Credit card denied and insignificant funds..........

Money is not everything!

It can buy you a bed, but not sleep.

It can buy you a clock, but not time.

It can buy you a book, but not knowledge.

It can buy you a status, but not respect.

It can buy you medicine, but not health.

It can buy you blood, but not life.

Some things are just priceless and more valuable than any amount of money.

Remember, you have all those valuable things. Remember to appreciate them. *********** May ALLAH the Greatest give us the ability to be grateful for all that we have ....Aamiin Thumma Aamiin

------------------------------------

We have learnt that, the Day of judgement is surely approaching; without any doubt, and that Allaah will surely raise the occupants of the graves.

Yet, we do NOT prepare for this Great Day.

~ We bury the dead and pray janaazah upon them.

Yet, we act heedlessly, as though such a day is NOT meant for us.

My dear brother and sister, know that every single breath you take in, moves you closer to your appointed time; death.

Know now, right now my brother and sister that even as you read this reminder, every single breath you take in reading this moves you closer to your appointed TIME; to your END; your DEATH; your GRAVE.

Yet, you do not quit playing or jesting around, amusing and rejoicing...

The time is NOW, this moment, for us to change our lifestyles and make the best preparation we can for the Day Of Judgement; a day where a man will run away from his brother, his mother, his father, his wife, and even his own children because every one of them would have more than enough problems of his own to worry about.

So, glad tidings to the one who reads these words, understands them, and HASTENS to WORK with them ...

------------------------------------

#Note that

Sometimes some things are written in your fate. No matter how hard you may try to change them, they never change...

Yes hijab doesn't necessarily indicate your level of piety BUT it is fard (a must). So regardless of what you say, you HAVE to wear it.

Make tawba (sincere repentance) not just for sins you've committed, but also for obligations you haven't fulfilled.” [Ibn Taymiyyah]

I pray that the comfort of our graves exceeds the comfort of our beds.

my dear sisters and brothers in Islam

Save yourself from the Hell-fire... it's never too late to do the right thing... May Allah Guide us all... Ameen

Ya Allah ! Have mercy on humanity and protect us from the hate and evil that are destroying us and dividing us through wars, terrorism, and other acts of violence and intolerance...!!

My dear sisters and brothers in Islam verily i have learnt that

That to ignore the facts does not change the facts.

I've learned .... That love, not time, heals all wounds.

I've learned .... That the easiest way for me to grow as a person is to surround myself with people who prays and fears Almighty God Always

I've learned .... That everyone you meet deserves to be greeted with good greeting e.g Assalamu Alaikum(peace be upon you) And a smile..

I've learned .... That opportunities are never lost; someone will take the ones you miss.

I've learned .... That when you harbor bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

Special islamic reminders Part ( 9)

My dear sisters and brothers in Islam Everything which is given by Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) is a mercy to mankind…we should Thank ALLAH (SWT) for each and every instances of our moments…

What is your purpose in life? Why do you wake up every day ? What drives every important

decision in your life? Is it just to accumulate "stuff"and "fame" and "glory" ? Is that all you see to your life ? Do you realize how incredibly lucky and blessed you are? I for one wake up every day and as part of my daily morning ritual choose to see disturbing images like this. The suffering of my fellow Humans is what motivates me every single day. Do we not realize that we are all One body... One unity... One Ummah as our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said. And the pain and suffering of the least of us is the pain and suffering of all of us? Money is a tool. It is a means of effecting change in the world. It is not the end but the means to an end. Recommit yourself every day to Love for your fellow Human Family. Work hard. Use your gifts to relieve the suffering of even just one of your brother. Show Mercy. Be shown Mercy. Be Kind. Be Human. Ground yourself in a meaningful and purposeful Life. Think outside yourself and your insignificant first world "problems". Express gratitude to Allah for the air you breathe, for the health you have, for the fact that you are gifted with this incredible and seemingly impossible thing called LIFE. Roll up your sleeves. Get to work with others of a similar passion towards a world where no child ever again has to grow up in suffering and pain. You will find in return a Joy enter your life that is incalculable and priceless. The return you get is far out of proportion to the help you give. Allah's reward. Think about it. Assalam. 🙏☝️

DO NOT SIT IDLE,DEATH IS SEEKING U!

A Beautiful story

Once a man saw in his dream, that a lion was

chasing him.

The man ran to a tree,

climbed on to it&

sat on a branch.

He looked down&saw that the lion was still there waiting for him.

The man then looked to his side where the branch he was sitting on was attached to the tree and saw that 2

rats were circling around& eating the branch.

One rat was black, the other one was white.

The branch will fall on

the ground very soon.

The man then looked below again with fear& discovered that a big black snake had come and settled

directly under him.

The snake opened its

mouth right under the

man so that he will fall

into it.

The man then looked up

to see if there was

anything that he could

hold on to.

He saw another branch

with a honeycomb-Drops of honey were falling from it.

The man wanted to

taste one of the drops.

So, he put his tongue

out &tasted one of

the falling drops of honey.

The honey was amazing

in taste. So, he wanted

to taste another drop

and then another and as

a result, he got lost into

the sweetness of the

honey. He forgot about

the two rats eating his

branch away,

-The lion on the ground& The snake that is sitting right under him.

Suddenly when the

branch broke he remembered all the dangers woke up from

his sleep.

Since this was an unique dream, the man went to a pious scholar of Islam to know its MEANING.

The scholar said

"The lion you saw is

your DEATH .

It always chases you

and goes where ever you go.

The two rats, one black and one white, are the NIGHT& the DAY . Black one is the night &the white one is the day.

They circle around,

coming one after another, to eat your time as they take you closer to death.

The big black snake with a dark mouth is your grave.

It's there, just waiting for you to fall into it.

The honeycomb is this world and the sweet drops of honey are the luxuries of this world.

We like to taste a little

of the luxuries of this world and it's very sweet.

Then we want to taste little more and then more. Meanwhile, we get lost into it,we forget about our time, we forget about our death and we forget about our grave!

"May Allah wake us up from the sleep and save us before it's too late.

Oh Allah, turner of hearts, bestower of Iman, and inspiration, and guidance and mercy, please bestow upon us your favor. Surely without Your aid we will never be guided, and we will never be able to do anything except what You permit. Please recall us at our best deeds, our best practice, our best Iman and when we had the most Taqwa, and make us even better than that, and make us closer to You than we've ever been before. Please complete our Islam inside of our hearts and grant us strength over the our nafs, over the shaytan, over the non believers and gather our affairs in this dunya so that they only aid our Islam, not hinder it. Ameen

Special islamic reminders Part ( 10)

All the praises and thanks Is due to Almighty God who is in offer of All the existence, May peace, mercy and blessings of Almighty God be upon His beloved Messenger Muhammed ( )

Assalamu Alykumu my dear sisters and brothers in Islam

#If a tree can feed people with fruits, and give shadow to make people rest, you deserved to help poor and needy people even to make them smile.

-------------------------------------

[ HAVE SABAR THROUGH DIFFICULTIES ]

► Brothers and sisters , you see sometimes its very easy to say " Hey you have sabar "..However some brothers and sisters can't really relate to this. One of the saddest things that's happening in the Muslim communities is that Brothers and sisters have forgotten what SABAR really means.

There's no doubt that - Hardships and ease are a trial for each one of us. Everything that Allah chooses for YOU; from good or evil, is for your benefit. Whatever occurred to you could not have missed you and what missed you could never have reached you. Rewards are only for those who are patient with the Decree of Allah. May Allah keep us steadfast !!!

Whatever you are going through, do your best not to cry so much. It’s okay. It is just a test, a trial in your life and you have been through so many. This isn’t any different than the others, it just feels different. Just as you have passed all the other tests in your life, you’ll get past this one too. Your days may feel cloudy with lots of rain but it is temporary. No rain last forever. The downpour is temporary. In your mind, you think it feels like it is an eternity but it is not. Nature changes and people change too and as nature changes, so will you. You’ll be what you are supposed to become and this test is going to make you that person who is already loved by so many. So don’t cry, things will be okay, no matter what you are going through today..Truly Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) says in Surah Al-Baqara ► “Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear” / And also HE says in Surah Ash-Sharh ►“With hardship comes ease”..You see how Allah makes it easy for us to understand ? Always remind yourself about this !!!

[ SO WHAT AM SAYING IS }

be patient Brothers and Sisters - smile, make du’aa and know, these days are not here to stay, just as the rain is not here to stay. After every storm, behind the clouds, there is the sun and just as the sun brings ease and happiness in many people’s lives, after this test in your life is over, it’ll do the same for you. You’ll be revised, renewed, a better individual. A wiser, stronger, more patient and blessed individual who conquered the soul and the mind to be where they are supposed to be.

Don’t hang your head low but keep it up and be hopeful because there are much better days ahead. It begins with you walking towards a better life with patience, commitment and knowing this is only a test and these days are numbered and it to shall pass and after hardship comes ease.

COME ON LET US SHOW OUR #SUNNAH SMILE !!!

-------------------------------------

“If somebody recites this invocation during the day, and if he should die then, he will be from the people of Jannah. And if he recites it in the night, and if he should die on the same day, he will be from the people of Jannah.”

*[Sahih Bukhari]*

"Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta Khalaqtani WA ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa Wa' dika mastata'tu abu'u Laka bi ni 'matika wa abu' u Laka bidhanbi; faghfirli fa'innahu la yaghfiru-dh- dhunuba ill a anta. A'uidhu bika min sharri MA sana'tu,abu'u Laka bini'matika 'alaiya, wa Abu Laka bid Hanbi faghfirli innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta""O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You, You created me and I am Your servant and I abide to Your covenant and promise as best I can, I take refuge in You from the evil of which I committed. I acknowledge Your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except You."

Ameen

-------------------------------------

My dear sisters and brothers in Islam

haven't you heard about the Day of Gathering, the Day of Assemble, the Day of Revenge and the Day of Judgement ???

Don’t let this Dunya fool you!

Don’t let the devil fool you of your Lord. As the shaytaan strives day and night to make you forget the reality of

the world you are living.

Take for examples:

☆People of ‘Aad: Disobedience of Allaah and love of this world.

☆People of Thamud: Disobedience of Allaah and love of this world.

☆People of Lut: Disobedience of Allaah and love of this world.

◇Love of the Dunya -> Disobedience of

Allaah!

Why run after this temporary Dunya when Jannah is forever.

Oh Allaah make us from those whom are mindful of our existence in this mere world and make the loftiest rank in Jannah our destination.......Aameen.

-------------------------------------

#Repent Now

DONT DELAY YOUR REPENTANCE. YOU MAY BE NEXT TODAY.

My beloved Sisters and Brothers, why are you delaying your tawbah (repentance)? Have you been guaranteed tomorrow or Jannah? Or you have someone to intercede for you even if you die in kufur (disbelief)? Have you forgotten what the prophet mentioned that during our sinful acts like fornicating, we loose our eemaan?

-------------------------------------

#Something To know

We have most of the qualities we don’t like in

others. Think about it.

.

. You don’t always get your due. You don’t get

what you deserve, and sometimes, you get much

more than what you deserve. Life is unfair.

Complaining about it is not going to help.

-------------------------------------

#Dua for every Muslim
